Honeyman Construction began as a family tradition.  Seth Honeyman started helping his father and uncle with roofing jobs when he was eight years old.  His mentors put him to work handing them shingles and picking up nails and debris on the ground.  This evolved into an official job as soon as he was old enough to run a nail gun.  After moving from North to South Dakota, he accepted a position from his High School Building Trades instructor constructing luxury homes.  When he turned 18 he used his ten years of experience to start his own construction company.
